Ingredients:
Ghee- 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Roasted Gram- 1 cup
Cardamom Powder- 1/4 tsp
Cashews - 6 to 8
Method:
1. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add roasted gram and dry roast it for 3 minutes on low flame until it releases aroma. But don't let it change its color.
2. After dry roasting it, set it aside and let it cool down completely.
3. Now take a blender. Add the roasted gram, sugar and cardamom powder. Blend it into a fine powder and set it aside.
4. Into the same pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee.
5. When the ghee gets hot enough, add cashews and roast it until it turns golden brown. And then set it aside.
6. Then add the remaining ghee and heat it well and set it aside.
7. Now in a wide bowl, add the blended mixture, cashews and hot ghee.
8. With the help of a spatula, mix it really well.
9. While the mixture is still hot, start shaping them into small balls just like this and do the same for the rest of the mixture.
