No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:


1 cup Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 tbsp Mayo
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt



Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, mayo, milk & salt.

3. Then mix all the ingredients well until combined.

4. Then spoon the dough into a greased muffin pan.

5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 375 F for 18 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown.

6. When it comes out brush some butter on top and leave it in the tin for 10 minutes, then take it out and serve warm.
