Ingredients:
Eggs- 6
Almond Flour- 1 cup
Cassava Flour- 1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar- 1 tsp
Olive Oil- 1/4 cup
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Honey- 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F
2. Into your stand mixer, add cassava flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix it well until well combined.
3. Now add eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and honey.
4. Mix it well until everything is well combined.
5. Now pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake it in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
7. After you take it out of the oven, let it cool down completely.
8. Slice and Serve
