Cottage Cheese Pancakes



Ingredients:



All Purpose Flour- 1/4 cup 
Eggs- 2 
Cottage Cheese- 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Oil- 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Take a wide bowl. Add eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and sugar. Mix it well until combined.

2. Now add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix them well until combined and set it aside.

3. Heat a griddle on medium flame and add some oil or butter.

4. When the oil gets hot enough, scoop a ladle full of batter and pour it in the griddle.

5. Let it cook on 2 minutes on each side or until it turn golden brown and then flip them over carefully.

6. Repeat the same for the rest of the batter.


Delicious and Easy Roasted Cottage Cheese Pancakes are ready to be served :) ENJOY :)
