The Best Keto Sandwich Bread


Ingredients:



1/2 cup Melted Butter
7 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 cups Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon Salt


Method:

1. In a large bowl add the eggs and whisk it for 5-8 minutes

2. Then add the melted butter and whisk again for a minute

3. Now add in the almond flour, salt, baking powder and xanthan gum and gently mix it.

4. Pour the batter into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 350F for 45 minutes

6. When it comes out leave it in the tin for 10 minutes, then take it out and let it cool completely

7. Once cooled down, you can slice the bread and spread with any nut butter.

Christmas Rice




Ingredients:

Cooked Rice- 1 cup
Orange Bell Peppers- 1/4 cup chopped
Yellow Bell Peppers- 1/4 cup chopped
Red Bell Peppers- 1/4 cup chopped
Raisins- 1/4 cup
Celery- 1/4 cup chopped
Green Onions- 1/2 cup
Ginger- 1/2 tbsp grated
Garlic- 1/2 tbsp grated
Butter- 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add butter and let it melt completely.

2. When the butter gets hot enough add in grated ginger and garlic and saute until the raw smell goes away.

3. Add in chopped green onions and saute it well.

4. Add in orange, yellow, red bell peppers and celery.

5. Saute it until cooked for about 2 mins. But make sure not to overcook the vegetables.

6. Add Raisins and saute it well until it gets plump.

7. Add salt and give it a good stir.

8. Finally add in cooked rice and stir it well with the vegetables.

Serve with Gravy or Soup 😃
